— Over the past eight years, Caysie Dulin has worn a number of hats for the Casper Housing Authority. Prior to arriving at the Casper Housing Authority in May 2016, Dulin enjoyed a 13-year stint at the Casper Senior Center where she also served as executive director. Since joining the housing authority, she’s served as the organization’s finance manager, though that single title belies the plethora of roles she’s taken on over the years. Most recently, she headed up the Casper Housing Authority’s annual Father’s Day celebration, managing vendor contacts and delegation for the first time. “[The Casper Housing Authority] is hugely important because affordable housing is hugely important,” Dulin said.
