Marshfield Medical Center Credit Union (MMCCU) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its community book drive benefiting the book vending machine at Marshfield Children’s Hospital. The collection included popular chapter books for older readers as well as colorful, beautifully illustrated picture books for younger children. In addition to the donated books, the drive generated $45 in cash contributions. “Every book donated represents a new story, a welcome distraction and a moment of comfort for a child. The donated books will help keep the Marshfield Children’s Hospital book vending machine stocked with reading options for children of different ages and interests.
