Unveiling Uncle Isidor“It was 18 [German Jewish unveilings], rinse and repeat, but every one was meaningful,” said Wendy. “Then an Operation Benjamin representative says, ‘And Isidor, on behalf of the Jewish people, we welcome you home,” Wendy added. Wendy said standing next to the German soldiers at the unveiling was “weird and wonderful.”
