Council approves Highway 46 East crossing feasibility study, forms alley beautification committee– The Paso Robles City Council voted 3-2 Tuesday to approve a $356,583 feasibility study examining possible crossings at Highway 46 East near the city’s airport and industrial area, among other items, at its Tuesday night meeting held at the temporary location of Centennial Park. Gregory, Beal appointed to downtown alley beautification ad hoc committeeThe Paso Robles City Council appointed councilmembers Steve Gregory and Kris Beal to an ad hoc committee that will develop recommendations for improving downtown alleys. The committee will examine alleys north and south of Downtown City Park, extending its work beyond Norma’s Alley. The City of Paso Robles has considered improvements to Norma’s Alley and other downtown alleys for about a decade.
