ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The City of Rochester is closing the Andrews Street Bridge from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9. The bridge will be closed to remove logs and debris from the Genesee River. Drivers can use Court Street, Broad Street, or the Main Street Bridge as detours.
