John Robinson, 30, of Derry Hill in Menston, is accused of killing Mason Jones on March 1 this year. On March 31, he pleaded not guilty to the murder of Mr Jones, who died from his injuries following an incident on Main Street, Burley-in-Wharfedale. During a brief hearing on Friday at Bradford Crown Court, Robinson, who appeared via video link from HMP Leeds, was indicted on two further charges. His Honour Judge Jonathan Rose told Robinson: “You will attend for your trial on September 14. In a family tribute following his death, Mr Jones was described as having an infectious smile and a joyful spirit.
