CLEVELAND, Tennessee (WDEF) – Cleveland police have charged three women with shoplifting at multiple Target stores. They got a call a week ago saying the three were in the Cleveland Target filling up carts and bags with merchandise. Then police found more items in their vehicle with security tags still on them from other Target locations. The charges are:-Dextiny Staples (Chattanooga, TN) – Shoplifting over $1000, Simple Possession of Marijuana, Felony Possession of Cocaine, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Criminal Impersonation x2, and a CPD Verified Warrant. -Keoshia Starling (Chattanooga, TN) – Shoplifting over $1000-Jasmine Armour (Chattanooga, TN) – Shoplifting over $1000, and 2 CPD Verified Warrants
