Emer Farm, owned by Edward Godwin, is a poultry and rare breed farm with more than 60 species of birds and animals. Emer Farm has previously advertised pairs of wallabies for sale at £1,450. Under UK law, wallabies can be legally bought and sold as long as animal welfare and licensing requirements are met. In England, anyone selling animals as a commercial business needs a licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018.
