A Portland man is charged with murder for the death of a 21-year-old who was found injured on I-295 Wednesday night. The victim, Julian Nadeau of Portland, died in the hospital after they were found in the breakdown lane on Tukey’s Bridge in Portland on the southbound side of I-295 near Exit 8. Rodney, who left the scene on a bicycle, was taken into custody on Presumpscot Street without incident shortly after the confrontation and charged with murder. Nadeau died after being taken to Maine Medical Center. Portland Police are asking anyone with information that could aid in the investigation to contact them.
