A bar in Dunn can no longer sell alcohol after state officials suspended its ABC permits following a deadly shooting at the business.
The North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission suspended the permits for The 601 Bar after an investigation by the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division (ALE) found a history of violations at the bar.
"While suspended, the business is prohibited from selling or serving any alcoholic beverages," said Bryan House, director of ALE.
The suspension comes after a shooting that left two people dead and two others injured.
The suspect, 32-year-old Keason Stocks, is wanted and has not been taken into custody, according to the Dunn Police Department.
