Former MoWest defensive end Grant Finley (91) has signed with the New York Giants and will move to play fullback/ Photo by Cole Weiberg- MoWest AthleticsBy MATT PIKEFormer Missouri Western State University football player Grant Finley has become another pro Griffon, signing with the New York Giants, shifting from defense to offense. Finley spent four seasons at MoWest, where he primarliy played on the defensive line, but did spend some time at fullback, where he will play for the Giants. In his career at MoWest rushing, Finley tallied one touchdown, in his freshman season, running three times for two yards. Finley measured in at 6-foot-4, 281 pounds at the MoWest Pro Day, where he worked out at both defensive tackle and fullback. Finley participated in the Giants’ rookie minicamp back in May.
