Over the years, Hayes’ department has received over $1.2 billion of funding from Fauci’s NIAD to work on HIV/AIDS vaccines. Fauci’s diary entries, in fact, reveal that he was more concerned with receiving cash awards and becoming a media personality than he was with saving lives.
