SCOTUS Ruled on TPS - So Why Are Lower Courts Still Wrestling With It?

As we reported back in June, the Supreme Court dramatically narrowed the scope of litigation over Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for aliens.
In a 6-3 decision authored by Justice Samuel Alito, the Court reversed lower court rulings that had blocked the Trump administration from terminating Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for nationals of Syria and Haiti.
