Standing in third place all-around after the first of two nights of competition, Shane Wiskus said he has more to offer in Saturday’s second session at the U.S. Championships in Phoenix.
Wiskus admitted to minor errors throughout Thursday’s session, but is confident he can perform more cleanly on Saturday.
“I know there’s another couple points in there, so I know we can cleanup a little bit,” he said.
We’re halfway there and (I) just got to stay in it, get some good sleep tonight and be ready for the dogfight on Saturday.”
Wiskus expressed disappointment with his score on horizontal bar, where he received 13.25 (5.6 Difficulty, 7.65 Execution).
