Two dogs seized after baby is killed in Bladen CountyAmbulance response (Photo: MGN)BLADEN COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A baby has died after being mauled by a dog in Bladen County, according to the District Attorney’s Office. The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to a report of an animal attack at about 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5. Following the attack, animal control officers seized two dogs from the residence. The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney’s Office and Department of Social Services are conducting a joint investigation into the baby’s death.
