President Donald Trump is seeing a key group among his core voters turn against him and the MAGA movement, according to a report. A piece published by The Contrarian on Friday focused on how religious and Christian voters are souring on Trump and how pastors are entering red state races to beat GOP and MAGA candidates. "White Christian Nationalists who form the backbone of the MAGA movement are outraged that a pro-choice, professed progressive Christian would challenge their claim to theocratic dominance," wrote Jennifer Rubin, referring to Rev. Adam Hamilton, the Democratic Senate nominee running in Kansas. Rubin also pointed out that the Texas Democratic nominee for Senate, James Talarico, is a religious leader.
