The meeting was chaired by BJP president Nitin Nabin. Telangana BJP president N. Ramchander Rao, Union ministers G. Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay Kumar, BJP OBC Morcha national president and Parliamentary Board member K. Laxman, State in‑charge Abhay Patil, State organisational general secretary Chandrasekhar Tiwari, party MPs and other senior leaders attended. The leadership reviewed the party’s organisational position in Telangana, with emphasis on strengthening the party at the grassroots and expanding its presence across the state. BJP leaders maintained that the party’s organisational structure in Telangana was strong and expressed confidence that sustained grassroots efforts would help it emerge as a major force. He asserted that BJP’s organisational strength in Telangana was greater than in Bengal and Odisha, where the party has come to power, and hence prospects were stronger.
