According to him, the probability of a conventional Russian invasion of NATO countries is currently assessed as low. “Putin continues to consider NATO weak. If Russia carries out provocations against NATO, he will present this as evidence of the Alliance’s weakness. As far as I know, Moscow has never withdrawn this ultimatum,” the military analyst concluded.
