Benjamin Entwistle, of Westlake Avenue, Sandown, appeared before Isle of Wight magistrates on Tuesday, August 4. The 38-year-old is charged with being the owner in charge of a dog dangerously out of control, in Newport, on April 16. He is also charged with possession of ketamine and cannabis, on the same date, at the same location. Mr Entwistle, who is yet to enter pleas, saw his case adjourned to August 18 at the same venue – for an expert report on his dog to be produced. Mr Entwistle was granted conditional bail until his next court hearing.
