The Royal Victoria Yacht Club (RVYC) welcomed nearly 140 guests to its open day for people with disabilities on Saturday, July 18. Steve Sheridan, event co-ordinator, said: "This event simply couldn’t happen without the wonderful support of RVYC members who give their time (and boats) so generously. Guests with mobility impairments were able to enjoy the day thanks to specially adapted vessels including Wet Wheels and Spirit of Scott Bader. The club’s launch, Victoria, provided relaxed journeys, while members’ motor launches, Jumper, Vamos, Willis, and Vikla IV offered more thrilling experiences.
