Shortly after midday, police received reports that a dirt bike had collided with a van on Sandown High Street. IW Police said the bike was being ridden "in convoy with an electric motorbike," and that several reports suggest the rider have "been putting other road users and pedestrians in danger." A 15-year-old boy has since been arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drugs. The County Press has approached Hampshire and IW Constabulary to confirm whether the teen has also been arrested on suspicion of driving without a licence, given his age.
