Tennessee Basketball Announces Home Exhibition Game Against Big East FoeTennessee basketball will face Xavier in an exhibition game at Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center on Thursday, Oct. 15, the program announced on Friday. The Vols will travel east to face Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium in an exhibition game on Oct. 20. College basketball teams can now play three preseason exhibition games but it’s unclear who Tennessee will play in its final non conference game. Michigan State is a preseason top 10 team and will serve as an early measuring stick for Rick Barnes’ 12th Tennessee team. Expectations are high for Barnes’ 12th Tennessee team.
