The final funeral rites of late Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur Beverly Afaglo Baah will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the forecourt of the State House in Accra. The funeral service, which is scheduled to begin at 7:00 a.m., will bring together family members, friends, colleagues in the creative arts industry and loved ones to honour the actress and pay their final respects. Beverly Afaglo died on May 24, 2026, at the age of 42, after battling cancer for two years. Beyond acting, Beverly Afaglo was also an entrepreneur and founded Traffic Shawarma, a food business that expanded into a recognised brand with several branches. She is survived by her husband, musician Choirmaster, their children, mother, siblings and other family members.
