Judges and legal advisers in Britain’s Northern Circuit were told last week to attend seminars on “replacing whiteness.” Oh boy…The Northern Circuit stretches from Carlisle to Manchester and Liverpool. Salaried and fee-paid judges, tribunal judges, legal advisers, and judicial office holders across all jurisdictions were encouraged to attend. While far-right conspiracists claim that immigration is a plot to “replace whiteness”, this seminar argues that it is precisely this concept of whiteness – and race in general – that we should indeed be replacing.” In September the next seminar will be titled “Asylum Law in the UK and the Human Rights Act.”
