Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service were called at 11.45am on Thursday to Connaught Road in Haverhill. Crews from Bury St Edmunds, Long Melford and Newmarket attended the scene. Firefighters used two hose reel jets, breathing apparatus and a thermal imaging camera to bring the blaze under control. They remained on the scene to dampen down and monitor for hotspots. A spokesman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue said that no casualties were reported and a stop was called at 12.49pm.
