A Nashville man on felony probation was arrested Wednesday on two counts of criminal homicide, records show, adding new charges to an existing felony case. Edgar Saul Beltran, 20, is currently being held at the Davidson County Sheriff's Office Downtown Detention Center in Nashville. The probation violation charge comes after Beltran had a prior felony case already active before this arrest. ...Beltran was previously wanted for criminal homicide and attempted criminal homicide after a gun deal ended in gunfire, killing 19-year-old Alijzhia Hatcher and hospitalizing a second 19-year-old, a relative of Hatcher. In other words, he was on probation pending trial in a homicide and attempted homicide case, and allegedly killed two more people while out and about.
