Weeks later, a DCS employee emailed that document to four Boone County employees and two county vendors “for reasons that remain unknown,” according to Boone County. Approximately three weeks later, one of the DCS employees forwarded the email to four Boone County employees and two county vendors for reasons that remain unknown. “Boone County recognizes the seriousness of any unauthorized disclosure involving employees’ personal information,” said Boone County in a statement to Indiana’s I-Team.
