The decision was made during a recent meeting of the airline’s board of directors, who stated that the bonus is a recognition of the employees’ hard work and dedication. In a statement, PIA management emphasized that the bonus is intended to motivate the workforce and acknowledge their crucial role in the airline’s ongoing revival efforts.
