A fourth nurse is named in court records, but it wasn’t immediately clear whether she has been arrested.
For example, Sanon-Jules was identified as the day shift nurse for Eddy on July 24, 2024, a scheduled dialysis day for Eddy.
According to records, the Agency for Health Care Administration investigated and faulted the facility and staff “for failing to ensure that Mr. Eddy received dialysis,” records show.
Sanon-Jules told investigators she didn’t recall Eddy, while Summerssett said she remembered him as a non-verbal patient.
