Kiddie Academy of Floral Park awarded for giving back to local communities

Kiddie Academy locations in Floral Park, Flushing and Whitestone received the Community Essentials Award at the Kiddie Academy annual conference in Boca Raton, Florida, in July, recognizing their commitment to community service and family engagement.
During the holiday season, students and their families donated toys for local families in need and the Hance Family Foundation.
Throughout the year, students also completed more than 3,000 random acts of kindness as part of the school’s community service initiatives.
“Community has always been at the heart of our academies,” said Emily Zaghi, owner of Kiddie Academy of Floral Park, Flushing and Whitestone.
The Community Essentials Award recognizes Kiddie Academy locations for their community service efforts and for creating opportunities for children to participate in volunteer and charitable initiatives.
