Selling, general and administrative expenses increased approximately 9.6% to $234.2 million for the second quarter of 2026 from $213.8 million for the second quarter of 2025. Operating income for the second quarter of 2026 was $58.6 million, compared to $40.2 million for the second quarter of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA of $450 million-$520 million, adjusted EBITDA margin of 7.5%-8%.
