Rick Baker returns to Bellville Council after Justin Enix’s resignation

BELLVILLE — Rick Baker is returning to Bellville Village Council after more than two decades.

Mayor Pro Tem Ian Ball, who serves as council president, officially swore Baker into office on July 22.
Enix served on the Village Council for six and a half years, including two years as council president.
Enix said serving as Council President also allowed him to help facilitate productive discussions and encourage respectful collaboration, even when opinions differed.
