“It’s an honor being the quarterback at Illinois,” said senior Katin Houser, Illinois’ newest quarterback. Houser called it an honor to lead Illinois at his new home. “Dealing with adversity and then being the starting quarterback on a rough team with a rough situation,” Houser said. “You’re the quarterback,” Houser said. With Houser playing such an important role for Illinois, he had three words to sum it up: leader, passion and love.
