If you read enough about underground music online, then there's a good chance you already know and trust the writer JJ Skolnik, one of the sharpest and toughest voices out there. You should also be advised that Skolnik leads the noisy Chicago punk band Daddy's Boy. Daddy's Boy returned to Albini's Electrical Audio studios to record Four Hombres, the new LP that they released today, with Greg Norman. It's a feverish, passionate attack of a record, and it's got a whole lot to say. In the Bandcamp description, Skolnik says, "The overarching theme is hope in the face of things getting demonstrably worse in the world."
