On the 15th of July, Conceição Cuteta and her family were at home, late at night, when their fuse box caught fire due to a leak. Soon after this, Conceição fell down the stairs as she couldn’t see without the electricity in her home. Does it take a fire…at nighttime?…if no one was awake, the fire alarms don’t work. The family had no fan and were unable to open their windows – LEMB had not provided them with keys.
