Drivers again faced lengthy delays at the Swallow Roundabout in Dundee. Images taken by Traffic Scotland at around 8.25am showed traffic queued back for at least 1.3 miles towards Longforgan. An Amey NE Trunks update said: “Due to heavy traffic there is a degree of congestion northbound approaching the Swallow Roundabout. It comes after drivers faced 23-minute delays heading northbound on Thursday night, partially caused by a broken down lorry. No specific reason has been given for these latest delays, but it follows frustration over an increase in delays over recent days.
