Police from the 110th Precinct in Elmhurst are looking for a purse snatcher who assaulted a young woman before robbing her on the morning of Sunday, July 19. The NYPD released a surveillance image of the suspect on Aug. 5. A reward of up to $3,500 is being offered for information that leads to his arrest and indictment.
