New York City has launched an affordable housing lottery for 12 units at 2-65 Watjean Ct. in Far Rockaway.
The 5-story residential building has 56 housing units, of which 44 are at market rate.
All 12 units set aside in the housing lottery are intended for those earning 80% of the area median income and with an asset limit of $135,680.
Two-bedroom units account for all 12 apartments in the housing lottery.
