Traffic Advisory Issued for CHOGM Security Exercise at V.C. Bird International AirportThe Antigua and Barbuda Airport Authority (ABAA) has issued a traffic advisory ahead of a major security and preparedness exercise scheduled for Monday, August 10, at V.C. The Airport Authority is advising members of the public who plan to drop off or collect passengers during that period to allow extra travel time and expect temporary traffic controls in and around the airport. Police officers will be on site assisting with traffic management, while additional police personnel will be deployed throughout the airport as part of the exercise. The Airport Authority thanked the public for its cooperation and understanding, noting that the exercise is an important step in ensuring the successful hosting of CHOGM in Antigua and Barbuda.
