Whether it was the grandeur of the Big Mas presentations or the joy shared among friends and families crossing the stage, the parade reminded everyone why Carnival remains one of Canada’s most celebrated cultural events. Vendors lined the parade route, serving Caribbean favourites while music echoed through Exhibition Place, creating an experience that extended far beyond the costumes. The music never stopped, the flags continued to wave and the road belonged to thousands who proudly celebrated Caribbean culture with passion, resilience and unmistakable joy. Once again, Toronto reminded the world that Carnival is more than a parade—it’s a living expression of culture, creativity and community.
