Diego Montoya Gonzalez, accused of raping an 11-year-old Grove City girl, pled not guilty during his arraignment in Franklin County Common Pleas Court. The girl’s father shot Gonzalez, leading to heightened attention on the case, 10TV reported. Prosecutors revealed that in July, the girl’s mother discovered a disturbing video on her daughter’s phone. A judge granted Montoya Gonzalez a $20,000 recognizance bond and a $50,000 cash/surety bond.
