Kalashnikov Concern states their production cost is two to two-and-a-half times lower than that of imported equivalents. The sublingual strips are designed for moderate to severe pain associated with deep wounds, fractures, oncological conditions and post-operative recovery. The "tenfold increase" reference applies to planned production volumes relative to an unspecified baseline and carries no independent verification.
