It was there until 2018 when NRI was absorbed by Sanford Health; the building is now Sanford Island Park Clinic. The sculptor was Phillip Richard Szeitz. Szeitz donated many of his works to local and regional art centers to support local arts and arts education. His daughter, Magda Szeitz, and Fargo artist D'Mitry Lewman are archiving his life's work, which includes locating all his many public statues and fountains. Because the whereabouts of "Celebration" are unknown, we hope someone in the community can help provide clues.
