MANDAN, N.D. — A Dubuque County sacrifice fly ended the game and ended the season for Fargo Post 2.
The Iowa champions walked off Post 2 3-2 in the 10th inning of an elimination game in the American Legion baseball Central Plains Regional tournament at BNC National Bank Field.
This season's Central Plains Regional marked the 20th time Fargo has played in a regional tournament.
CarpetLand entered the Central Plains Regional the defending champions.
