FARGO — A West Fargo man accused of coercing minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing videos and distributing them has been sentenced to just over 22 years in federal prison. "This is not, in the eyes of the court, a minimum-mandatory case," Welte said, noting the need for any sentence to reflect the "seriousness of the offense."
