The construction hoarding at the exhibit has been taken down and visitors can catch a glimpse of the tank coming back to life. “We so appreciate everyone's patience and understanding over the past several months as we worked to update the North Rock exhibit and ensure a safe home for our sealife for many years to come,” a spokeswoman said. Major renovation works at the site included the restoration of the tank, which was completely resealed at the panel edges and reset for the first time in its almost 30-year history. Restoration of the North Rock tank started ahead of a larger infrastructure project at the facility.
