Before joining The Red Carpet staff he was maître d’ at The Reefs Hotel. “We served a limited number of guests by word of mouth before committing to a full relaunch,” Mr Adams said. Over the years The Red Carpet has gained a reputation for its lobster, a reputation it will strive to keep.
