Kyle Nolan, 25 was arrested at his home address in Ridgway Street, Crewe, on Tuesday, August 4. A Cheshire Police spokesman confirmed he was arrested for new offences plus a breach of a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO). They said: “He has since been charged with two counts of breaching his SHPO, one count of making indecent images of children, and one count of possessing prohibited images of children. “Nolan has been remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court on Thursday, September 3.”
