Traffic is slow on the westbound carriageway between junction 10 (Stretton) and junction 14 (Chester Services/Helsby). The AA’s traffic monitoring system is reporting delays of around 15 minutes against expected travel times, though delays are easing. There are average speeds of around 15mph between the two junctions. National Highways reports that normal traffic conditions are expected to return within the next half an hour.
