Debra Green, 53, of Salisbury Close in Crewe, appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday, August 7, charged with causing death by dangerous driving. A plea was also not taken for a second charge of causing serious injury by dangerous driving against Reece Evans, Miss Brazier’s boyfriend. Green will be expected to enter a plea at Chester Crown Court on Friday, September 4. Chairman of the bench Suzanne Jones told the defendant: “These items are too serious to be heard here so they will be sent to the crown court. “Your next appearance will be at Chester Crown Court on September 4.
